Is there a minimum period for rentals?
Yes, there is a 2-day minimum.
Is there a minimum age for renting?
Yes, 25 years of age is the required age in order to rent from LIRVs.
What does the RV rental include?
Each RV comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip, including:
- Kitchen essentials: silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans
- Appliances: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer
- Entertainment: Smart TVs and a DVD player
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Is there a security deposit? How much?
The security deposit depends on the insurance plan you select:
- $1,500 with the standard plan
- $2,500 with the premium plan
This amount is only authorized, not charged to your account. The authorization is released once the RV is returned damage‑free and all additional charges are settled.
Are there any other charges besides the rental cost?
Yes, additional charges may apply:
- Cleaning fee
- Insurance plans (two options available)
- Optional add‑ons: Wi‑Fi, excess mileage, generator use
- Waste tanks: must be returned empty ($100 per tank if gauges show full). • Prepay waste disposal for $150 (all tanks).
- Gas tank: must be returned full ($8 per gallon if not).
- Tolls: EZ Pass is included; tolls are calculated and billed after return.
Can we travel one way?
Yes, one‑way travel is allowed.
- A pick‑up charge applies, covering travel expenses for 1–2 drivers, tolls, gas, and mileage.
What kind of gas mileage do the RVs get?
Fuel efficiency varies by vehicle and fuel type:
- 7 MPG to 24 MPG on average
- Road conditions and driving speed can affect mileage
When can the RV be picked up?
Normal pick‑up time is between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
- The key hand‑off process takes approximately 45 minutes.
- Early pick‑up is available at $35 per hour (up to 6 hours).
- More than 6 hours early is considered an additional rental day.
When does the RV have to be dropped off?
Normal drop‑off time is 10:00 am.
- The turn‑in process takes about 30 minutes.
- Late drop‑off is available at $35 per hour (up to 6 hours).
- More than 6 hours late is considered an additional rental day.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, delivery and set‑up are available within 60 miles.
- An additional charge applies based on distance.
Do you allow pets?
Absolutely — most of our RVs are pet‑friendly.

Is a special license required to drive an RV?
No, only a standard driver’s license is required.
- We verify driving records, and a clean license is necessary.
How many people can sleep in an RV?
Depending on the RV model, sleeping capacity ranges from 2 to 10 people.

No — the rental rate is based only on the number of nights booked.
